Not is OC, but if you find yourself in San Diego, Mess Royale should be on your itinerary. The owner Hugo Tassone came to San Diego in 2014, after a substantial career in the restaurant business in Montreal. Hugo has a sincere pride in what he produces for his guests, and it shows in the quality of his menu. Check them out!
